APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #9040 FOR TANK PUMPING AND HYDRO-JETTING SERVICE
Description
Bids to provide 'Tank Pumping and Hydro-Jetting Service' were received from three vendors on January 13, 2009. The bid of Martin Septic Service, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these services are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department.
Recommendation
That the bid of Martin Septic Service, Inc., to provide 'Tank Pumping and Hydro-Jetting Service in an amount not to exceed $125,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
